🌍 Over 80 participants joined the latest European Bioplastics Touchbase webinar featuring MAGICBIOMAT and the future of biodegradable materials.
On 12 May 2026, MAGICBIOMAT project coordinator Yuanyuan Chen presented how AI can support the design of biodegradable materials, how biodegradability is tested in real conditions, and how the project helps bridge the gap between lab results and real-world performance. ♻️
The webinar brought together researchers, industry representatives and innovation projects working towards more sustainable bio-based plastics, creating a valuable space for exchange and discussion.
